Marketplace Role

ShutterBid helps users create profiles, post photo and video work, submit bids, coordinate bookings, review business leads, and communicate around marketplace activity. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their posts, profiles, media, bids, availability, deliverables, permissions, and business information.

Accounts and Access

• Keep your login secure and use accurate account, profile, and contact information.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent credentials, or create duplicate accounts to avoid enforcement.
• Admins may restrict, suspend, or remove access when needed for safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or marketplace integrity.

Bookings, Bids, Payments, and Refunds

Job posts, bids, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and completion records should be accurate and handled through approved ShutterBid flows and configured payment providers. Do not pressure users into off-platform payments, hidden fees, unsafe meetups, or work that violates the law or another person's rights.

Content and Media

• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, display, license, bid with, or deliver photos, videos, logos, copy, and other content.
• Do not upload stolen media, misleading portfolios, abusive content, illegal content, spam, scams, malware, or private information without permission.
• By posting content, you allow ShutterBid to host, display, moderate, and process that content to operate the service.

Safety, Moderation, and Support

Reports and support requests help ShutterBid review unsafe content, harassment, scams, stolen media, off-platform payment pressure, job issues, and account concerns. We may remove content, hold items for review, dismiss invalid reports, resolve support requests, or take account action when needed.

Account Deletion and Privacy

You can request account deletion at /account/delete. The Privacy Policy explains what ShutterBid collects, how it is used, and when limited records may be retained.
